About Us
Established in 1987, First Years Richmond is governed by a Board of Trustees and Management Team. As a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, all our funds are invested back into the centre, providing the best possible care and facilities for our tamariki/children and whānau/families.
Located at 61a Salisbury Rd, Richmond opposite Waimea Intermediate.
Open from 7.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Only closed during public holidays and a small number of other days. (For a full list of days closed see our calendar). We do not charge for days we are closed.
Fees are $8 per hour. We offer flexible hours of enrollment and only charge for the hours your child is enrolled for.
* 20hrsECE is available for 3-5 year olds, 20 hours free per week with up to a maximum of 6 hours per day.
WINZ subsidies may also be available depending on combined family gross income and number of children.
