About Us
 

Established in 1987, First Years Richmond is governed by a Board of Trustees and Management Team. As a not-for-profit organisation, all our funds are invested back into the centre, providing the best possible care and facilities for our tamariki/children and whānau/families.
 

Located at 61a Salisbury Rd, Richmond opposite Waimea Intermediate.

​Open from 7.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
 
Only closed during public holidays and a small number of other days. (For a full list of days closed see our calendar). We do not charge for days we are closed.
 
Fees are $7.50 per hour. We offer flexible hours of enrollment and only charge for the hours your child is enrolled for.
 
* 20 free ECE hours is available for 3-5 year olds, up to a maximum of 6 hours per day.

WINZ subsidies may also be available depending on combined family gross income and number of children.
